The Bill (Reg. No.1312) coordinates the regulations that define status, organization and activity of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as the supreme executive body with the Constitution of Ukraine.
The People´s Deputies received 380 motions and amendments for the period when the Bill was being elaborated for the Second Reading.
The Committee members upheld the amendments to Article 24, pursuant to which, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "can institute disciplinary proceedings against the Head of the local State administration for undue realization of his commitments".
